How to permanently delete your ATF account from the mobile app.

Account deletion is only available through the ATF mobile app. You cannot delete your account from this website. Follow the steps below to remove your account and associated data.

Open the ATF mobile app

Account Settings
Delete Account
Permanently remove your account
↓ Scroll down
Scroll to the bottom of Profile
Delete Account?
This action is permanent. All your data, bookings, and history will be removed.
Tap "Delete Account"
Account Deleted
Your account and personal data have been permanently removed from ATF.
Confirm deletion
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your profile, login credentials, and personal details are permanently removed
- Active bookings may be cancelled — please complete or cancel visits first
- Care history and visit records may be retained where required by healthcare regulations
- This action cannot be undone — you will need to create a new account to use ATF again
Can't find the delete button?
Make sure you are using the latest version of the ATF app. The delete option is located at the bottom of the Profile screen, below Account Settings. If you still cannot delete your account, our support team can help.
